The Road To Success

Description

I thought I would make a cartoon about my life. I did it on the basis that people might be able to relate. So if you can relate, cool. If you can't, you can't.

If you notice the anatomy changes from the beginning to end of this good job. Despite the shortness of this, the beginning is in my childhood, while the end takes place in my middle-high school years.

ASD*YHDOB I'm definitely done animating myself from now on. I'm actually gonna start using actual characters next time.

I'll be submitting this onto newgrounds in a day or two, so getting any constructive criticism in advance would be really helpful. :iconsmutfaceplz:

PS: Click that Penis Ride in the toon for an easter egg. :D

Purdy as hell would have to be my first words. I think I complimented in the earlier versions about the use of colour, which is good strike 1, pleasing to the eyes. As for animation there's a nice variety of frame by frame here, the skip cycle that works pretty damn well now that it's in context and the whole thing comes together nicely. My problems with it are only minor, but I wouldn't be critiquing it properly if I didn't mention them. First of all there's a fair bit of crackling on the sound, I know it's not a fault with the animation but it still counts to the overall work. The last thing is more personal preference than anything and that would be the dick ride in the play park. I know people include things like that a lot to make a younger audience to giggle, but it kind of hits against the professionalism of it, not sure how serious you take your animation but personally I'd prefer it without. All in all it's a nice little piece, an amusing take on a serious life lesson, some smooth animation and a nice ending joke to tie it all together! Keep it up matey!
