Overall, the picture is amazing. The purple goes really well wt the tanned skin, and the lilac and red tones match, too. The only things that I found odd about the picture were the stars, the "frost," and the folds. The stars seem a bit outasted from the picture, like they were thought up at the last minute. Maybe try to add some behind the girl to even out the picture? Moving on to the frost: It sort of takes your eys aay fro the picture, but I'm sure it can be fixed by dakening and evening out the tones, maybe some blending. Lastly, the folds. The shirt seems too smooth, the folds too... drifty? (A tip, if I may... Folds tend to be close together and have many of them if they are very defined, lke in your picture. They are often far apart if they aren't as deep and shadowed.)
But all in all, this is truly my favorite drawing of yours!
